They are preparations intended to be applied topically to the skin, hair or scalp, as directed in their labelling, to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or improve or alter the appearance of the skin or hair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px;\">Kleos cosmetic products:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 16px 24px; padding:0;\"><li><p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;\">are intended for topical application to the skin, hair or scalp only, as directed in their labelling;<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;\">are not drugs, biologics, natural health products or medical devices, and are not sterile unless their labelling states so;<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;\">are not intended, represented or sold for injection, infusion, implantation, inhalation, ingestion, or any route of administration other than the topical application described in their labelling;<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;\">are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition, or to affect the structure or any function of the body; and<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;\">make no therapeutic or medical claim. Kleos Health Inc. holds a Medical Device Establishment Licence issued by Health Canada; it is a Canadian establishment licence and does not authorize distribution or use in any other country. Natural health products and other regulated products are sold for the use stated in their licence and labelling.
