Supposedly destined to be an eye surgeon, I graduated medical school with honours, ranking in the top 9% of new doctors in North America.

Then decided to forego the lifelong dream of being a surgeon, and instead founded a medical device distribution company.

Why? I knew it was the only way to make an impact at scale.

Years later, I realized that being a doctor has been amongst the key differentiators between myself and other executives of medical device companies.

It enables me to bring a practitioners perspective to the forefront of our operations – and allows our solutions to touch the heart of healthcare.
